Public money · suppliers

Where the money lands

From £31318m of English-council spending we've ingested so far. Coverage is partial — a handful of councils today (Dudley, Devon to start), expanding. Contracts data is national.

What this isn't showing

Only invoices over £500 (Local Government Transparency Code 2015 — sub-£500 spend, payroll, and schools are excluded). Council coverage is partial: each council has its own publication format and we ingest one at a time. Where a council pays a framework body (Crown Commercial Service, ESPO, etc.), the supplier shown here is the framework operator, not the underlying delivery contractor — that's only resolvable via the matching Find a Tender award notice for post-Feb-2025 awards. Same supplier with different name spellings appears as separate rows until manually merged.
