31 Mar 2026Local GovernmentangryThis is not good enough. Conservative run Norfolk County Council say Burnthouse Lane is safe and needs no work. I am beyond disappointed they refuse action. I always work cross party but sometimes it must be called out. Residents deserve better.
30 Mar 2026Energy & Net ZerocelebratoryPowering our community forward 🌱 Brilliant to join Bern and the Burgh St Peter Village Hall committee to celebrate new solar panels, funded by a £20,000 National Lottery grant. A real win for our community and our future.
30 Mar 2026Utilities & WatercelebratoryStoke had enough so I brought Anglian Water to the table. Residents spoke. Questions were answered. Now we’ve secured a full mains upgrade. Still more to fix on signage and buses but this is how change happens: people speaking and being heard. youtu.be/MDHBU2wYVCs
30 Mar 2026Cost of Livingcelebratory𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐤 𝐖𝐢𝐧! A resident was facing a £2,113 energy bill based on disputed readings. After we challenged it with evidence, the company reviewed the case and reduced the bill to £400. If something doesn’t look right, we’re here to help.
28 Mar 2026EnvironmentcelebratoryWe cannot afford to slow down on climate action. Brilliant to join Richard and the Newton Flotman Climate Care Group for a powerful discussion on why we must go further and faster. Great Q&A and chance to share how the Labour Government is stepping up on nature and clean energy.
27 Mar 2026EducationmeasuredICYMI: I hear every week from families failed by SEND support. Now we have a real opportunity to improve things. Your voice matters. Take my survey and help shape the report I send to the minister. www.surveymonkey.com/r/SouthNorfo...
27 Mar 2026Social CarecelebratoryBig heart in Wymondham: Carol and Sharon are making a real difference 💙 Popped into Fairland Church today and met the brilliant volunteers behind Wymondham Dementia Support Group. £16,000 raised so far and a warm, safe space for families. Truly inspiring.
