“It is not just smaller organisations and local communities. Women and girls and other marginalised groups face particular barriers to accessing climate finance. What is the FCDO doing to make sure that they are not excluded?”

“To an extent, the UK’s influence depends on the changing shape of alliances, particularly with other European countries. Is there a mechanism for scrutiny and oversight from the UK’s perspective to ensure that the finance is reaching the people most in need?”
